Digitcom was established in 1991 as a telephone system supply and installation company. Over the years we have expanded our products and services offerings to include Cisco's line of data and telecom switches, Avaya's IP Office and Communications Manager phone systems, Nortel Norstar, BCM (Business Communications Manager), NEC's SV8100, SV8300, and SL1100, Hosted PBX and SIP trunks. We are one of the few companies in Canada that sells both premise and hosted PBX solutions, we've also built our own cloud infrastructure that resides at 151 Front Street in downtown Toronto.

Digitcom is a Canada-wide leader in voice and data communications. We also organize system relocations and upgrades, as well as provide voice and data cabling. For those who wish to consolidate all their telecom services under one umbrella, they can take advantage of Digitcom's end-to-end solutions that include phone systems, hosted PBX, phone lines (PRI, SIP), cabling, networks, switches and routing, and of course, call centres and full system design..

Jeff Wiener, President

Jeff founded Digitcom after graduating from Queen's University in 1990, and has continuously operated as the company's president since the beginning in 1991. Today Jeff maintains oversight of the company, including managing the brand and maintaining oversight of the sales, marketing, and operations departments. Jeff operates the company by two guiding principles: innovate, and always deliver the customer smile.

When Jeff isn't operating as the company's president he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, enjoys reading, and in the short period when the Canadian weather is warm enough, water skiing.

Scott Glover, Director of Operations

Scott joined Digitcom in 2014 as Director of Operations, and manages the company's operations departments. His oversight includes service, technical support, human resources, and accounting. Scott focuses on finding great employees to join Digitcom, and to making sure they receive the training and guidance needed to provide excellent service for our customers.

Scott has over 20 years of management experience with various firms, and has worked throughout much of the United States and Canada. His past experience includes senior management positions with a number of rapidly growing companies, mostly in high technology industries. Scott graduated with HBA and MBA degrees from the Richard Ivey School of Business, with a focus on finance and general management.

When Scott isn't working or learning something new, you can find him on a golf course discovering the value of patience.

Mark Hummel, Director of Sales

Mark Hummel joined Digitcom as an Account Executive in June 2011, and by his hard work, talent and unparalleled dedication to the brand was soon promoted to Director of Sales. Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto. He brings 20 years of sales experience from high profile companies, such as Levi Strauss Canada and IBM resellers as well as a hosted VoIP company, to the Digitcom team. He helps Digitcom clients "experience clever telecom" by asking them the right questions, discovering what their business goals are, what they may become, and recommending innovative and often outside-the-box solutions uniquely tailored to meet their specific needs.

Mark has been a triathlete for over 13 years, relishing both the challenge and the competition. He also likes to be creative in the kitchen, coming up with his own delicious concoctions. He enjoys travel, leading cycling classes, spending time with family and watching his kids learn new skills and teaching them to have fun.
