Avaya: Partner, IP Office, and Communication Manager (S8300, S8400, and S8500). We call Avaya TIER III support directly! We have ACA, ACS, and ACE training programs in place.
Cisco: Catalyst Express, 1800, 2800, 3800, ASA, PIX, Unified Communications Manager Express, UC500, Unified Communications Manager Business Edition, Call Manager Express, with a detailed understanding of network design, IOS, and applications. We have CCNA, and CCDA training programs in place.
Nortel: Digitcom supports the Nortel legacy hardware including the Norstar CICS and MICS, and the (almost) legacy BCM 50 and 400.
