Use this link to Log-into Digitcom's customer service portal. You will need a password to log-in. From here you will be able to access service orders, place a service order, check on your maintenance contracts, line records, and invoices. If you are a customer, please contact Digitcom customer service at 416-783-7890 X 233 (Toronto) or (514) 907-3248 X 233 (Montreal) to obtain a log-in ID and password, or e-mail sales@digitcom.ca.

FTP Site
Use this link to Log into Digitcom's FTP site. You will need a password to log-in. From here you will be able to access documents, literature, patches, and customer back-ups.
