How to Check a Call Log on an Avaya Phone

Step by Step Guide

1. To access call logs on your Avaya phone, you can use the History button

2. Whenever you have a missed call on your phone, it will be lit up red. So, once you press that button, it will go to your missed call list

3. You can scroll through the list, if you find the caller you’re looking for, he’ll give you options to call that person back. Details will give you more options about the call, the time it came in, the length of the call, et cetera.

4. Using the left to right arrow on your navigation dial, you can actually scroll through all calls, missed calls, incoming calls, outgoing calls. Basically, it will give you a list of all the calls on your phone. So, that is how you access the call log on your Avaya phone.
