Transferring A Call On Your Avaya IP Office Phone

Step by Step Guide
To transfer calls from one phone to another on an Avaya phone:
1. When you receive a call, you can transfer to another extension by first answering the call, then press the transfer button on the phone.
2. This will automatically put the first caller on hold and give you the secondary dial tone.
3. Enter the extension number of the person you wish to transfer the call to, and hang up.
4. Your call has now been transferred to the extension chosen.
