Digitcom Wants to Solve Your Problems

I worked a lot of food and beverage jobs throughout university, always with a focus on customer service.
Put another way, prior to moving into professional creative writing, I had "an extensive collection of hairnets and nametags" (to quote Wayne's World, documentary of my life, had it gone a different way, with the same hair).
I know good and bad customer service - when I see it.
Unfortunately, even the best employee isn't omniscient. Problems or ugly situations slip through the cracks.
When I was offered the job here at Digitcom, I researched them.
It immediately became clear one of their greatest strengths is their quality of customer service. It's not only earned the company numerous awards, it's earned them awards for years.
After working here for eleven months, I can see the awards and write-ups are warranted.
Ironically, that makes improvement difficult.
An example of easy improvement would be, say, a haircut for Wayne and Garth.
Difficult is when you're the leader of a pack and begin to have to compete with yourself, with no guide.
Digitcom is turning outward.
We want to - if you can believe it - make griping about us, calling and complaining to us, and writing nasty letters of harsh critiques to us easier for our customers to do.
Following that, a campaign.
I know we’re never going to be perfect, but, we can certainly try.
We’ll always make mistakes, that’s the unfortunate part of running a successful business, but, what’s even more important is getting in front of the message.
