Setting up Avaya IP Office One-X Portal for Windows and Linux

The following steps need to be followed in order to prepare the network environment for the Avaya IP Office One-X Portal and Avaya Communicator for Web:

Step 1: In order to get Avaya One-X Portal working please see the minimum server specs below, the Avaya ports which need to be opened and tested, and setting up FQDN.

Avaya IP Office One-X Portal (Windows)

Step 2: *** Please test & verify the port forwarding internally/externally prior to calling Digitcom for further setup.

Avaya IP Office One-X Portal (Linux/App Server)

Step 2: *** Please test & verify the port forwarding internally/externally prior to calling Digitcom for further setup.

Avaya Communicator for Web (ACW)
