Step by Step Guide
To forward an extension using the manager program:
1. Select the User section on the left.
2. Pick the specific user that should be forwarded and click on the Forwarding tab. This will bring up the forwarding options for this user.
To forward all calls to this extension:
1. Check the Forward Unconditional option.
This will enable additional options such as forwarding calls to voicemail, or to a specific number such as another extension of a phone number. If forwarding to a phone number, please note that you must add the dial out access code to the front of the phone number. Other forwarding options include Forward On Busy and Forward On No Answer.
To remove the call forwarding on an extension:
1. Uncheck the Forward Unconditional option.
